We offer financing options through our partner Hearth, with 0% interest options available for qualified applicants. Financing is subject to credit approval and Hearth terms and conditions. Pure Perfection Landscaping & Services is not responsible for financing decisions made by Hearth.
Pure Perfection Landscaping & Services offers a 5-year workmanship guarantee on hardscaping projects. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your signed contract.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather, freeze-thaw conditions beyond normal regional expectations, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after project completion.
If you need to change or cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in your signed contract.

Our team holds certifications from Cambridge, Techo-Bloc, and Trex Deck Pro. These certifications apply to the specific products and installation methods covered under each program. We follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure quality results and preserve product warranties where applicable.
