Saratoga Springs is one of the most distinctive cities in all of upstate New York, and the properties here reflect that. On the historic East Side and along North Broadway, we work on classic Victorian-era homes where paver walkways, bluestone patios, and thoughtfully designed retaining walls need to honor the character of the architecture without overwhelming it. These projects demand a level of design sensibility and installation precision that not every contractor can deliver, and that’s exactly where we excel.
In the newer neighborhoods off Weibel Avenue, Crescent Avenue, and the Wilton corridor, we work with larger lots and more open-concept outdoor living opportunities, full deck systems, outdoor kitchens, pergola structures, and paver patio expansions that extend the home’s livable space well into the backyard. The Spa City’s race season and vibrant social culture mean entertaining outdoors isn’t just a weekend hobby here, it’s a lifestyle. We build outdoor spaces that are fully equal to it.
